					<description>One of the long standing unwritten agreements in the tech world can be summed up as "don't ask don't tell." If you, as an employee of some high tech firm, comes up with an idea and you spend a year developing it on your own time you have to make DAMN sure you never mention that you are doing this "at work."

So lets say that it's almost ready to go, you, the employee, have few choices in the way to proceed. The best way is to get laid off and the next best is to quit. After you've been gone for 6 months you can then release your product. As it is entirely possible that you super coded your amazing invention to finished in that much time. If you do it early you can expect the rath of big_company_legal to come down on you.</description>
