					<description>Matt I have to agree that it is much less about the flashiness then it is about the content. Layout when it comes to Google is a no brainer. There are only a few things anyone wants to do at Google. Sorry but the Royal Bank link does not work, royal Bank though has tried really hard it seems to balance off simplicity with ease to get to content that most companies could learn from</description>
