We are a new start up and have raised $150k from friends and family and are now putting together are Private Placement Memorandum so we can legitamately get infront of angels for a $1MM round of funding. Sites like this provide essential up-to-date info on the tools required for raising capital and can save start ups a lot of time and a lot of disappointment.
