					<description>I like the bits about insulation. I think that's a really important concept that many people ignore. They would never dream of putting all their money into just one stock, yet they put all their eggs in one basket when it comes to jobs. It's silly. I think with the information age plodding on that nearly everyone should be able to have a few avenues to success, and there's nothing stopping many people from doing as many of them at once as possible.</description>
